4. Replacement Policy
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we offer replacements.

Cancellation Policy
Before Order Confirmation

Orders can be cancelled anytime before our team confirms the order via call.
After Order Confirmation

Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Failure to Receive Calls
If a customer does not respond to confirmation calls/messages within 48 hours, the order may be auto-cancelled.
