Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return if:

  • Wrong item is delivered.

  • Product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Product completely differs from what was shown/described.

Note: We do not accept returns for "change of mind" purchases.

Return Window

  • Return requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

Process for Returns

  2. Provide clear pictures/video of the product.

  3. Wait for approval and return instructions.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The returned item passes inspection.

  • The issue is valid and verified.

Refund Options:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products after delivery.

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

  • Items without original packaging.


4. Replacement Policy

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we offer replacements.

Replacement Conditions

  • Request must be made within 2 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Customer must provide video-proof unboxing if required.

Replacement Shipping Cost

  • If the mistake is on our end, we cover shipping.

  • If customer ordered the wrong item, shipping charges may apply.


Cancellation Policy

Before Order Confirmation

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before our team confirms the order via call.

After Order Confirmation

  • Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Failure to Receive Calls

If a customer does not respond to confirmation calls/messages within 48 hours, the order may be auto-cancelled.
